25th anniversary reissue of Juno Award winning album by Canadian queen of alt-rock angst.
Originally released in 1998, Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie is the fourth album by Alanis Morisette. The album strays from Morisette's post-grunge sound, taking inspiration from Middle-Eastern spiritual music, trip hop, and electronica, resulting in a complex experimental musical journey. The album is certified triple platinum in the U.S. & at the time, broke the record for highest opening-week sales by a female artist.
Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie features the singles "Unsent", "That I Would Be Good", "So Pure", and Grammy-nominated "Thank U". Morisette also took home a Juno Award for Album of The Year. In honour of the album's 25th anniversary, Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie is newly reissued, featuring new album artwork and 5 bonus-tracks.
