Monsters of Folk is an indie folk supergroup comprised of Jim James (My Morning Jacket), M. Ward, Conor Oberst and Mike Mogis (Bright Eyes) - released their first collaborative album in 2009. The album was recorded with all four members playing every instrument.

This reissue features a pink/green vinyl, revised artwork, a poster and the original 15-song album plus five unreleased studio tracks from 2012, intended for an unfinished second album featuring the "5th Monster" Will Johnson.
