The earth-shattering second album from American nu-metal band Linkin Park Meteora features some of the band's most notable hit singles: “Somewhere I Belong”, "Numb" and "Faint". Meteora has a similar sound to the band's debut album Hybrid Theory, combining elements of heavy metal, rap, electronica and pop. The album features production from Don Gilmore and it is the first Linkin Park album to feature Dave Farrell on bass.

Meteora was met with extremely positive reviews and meteoric sales success upon its release. It debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and sold over 800,000 copies in its first week. The album has sold over 16 million copies over its lifetime making it one of the top 10 best-selling albums of the 21st century.
